At Hayati Creations we pride ourselves in providing quality service and product perfection to our valued customers, however should you wish to exchange your perfume, please read and throroughly understand our exchange policy.
Please note that we DO NOT DO REFUNDS but will gladly exchange your perfume for you.
Due to hygiene purposes personal care products WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN DURBAN AND SURROUNDING AREAS
- Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Product should be exchanged in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be produced.
- Exchanges will only be done on bottling defects (e.g disfunctionl pump).
EXCHAMGE POLICY FOR COURIER CLIENT
- Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product should be exchanged in its original packaging and securely packaged and protected to avoid damage whilst in transit. Any damaged product received will not be considered for exchange.
- The customer will have to bear the cost of delivery for any exchanges.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the exchange.
From point of despatch we will not held liable for any physical damage to any product
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on any product should the above mentioned terms and conditions not be adhered to.
We will our discretion in approving any exchanges
We reserve the right to update the information, services, products and other material on this website at any time without prior notice. We may also modify any of our terms and conditions at any time and such modifications shall take immediate effect upon updating theses changes.
